Seasonals

  • Seasonal Private Lessons & Seasonal Court Rentals are offered as recurring appointments, guaranteeing your reserved day of the week, time, court number and/or coach. This is the ideal option for those who know their schedule in advance and will be in Southampton every week or weekend. All seasonals are booked for the entirety of the season, and are paid for up front. Seasonal Reservations are limited and accommodated in the order in which requests are received. See additional information regarding seasonals below.

    Outdoor (Summer) Seasonals = 15 Sessions

    Indoor (Fall/Winter) Seasonals = 30 Sessions

  • To register for a seasonal program, please complete the request form below or contact our office via email. Submitting a request does not guarantee your spot; you will be contacted by our team to confirm your booking.

    Full payment is required at the time of seasonal registration and confirmation. Your spot will only be reserved once payment has been received.

    Please note that the cost of a seasonal program, when broken down by the week, is slightly higher than a standard individual booking. This is because a seasonal guarantees you your preferred court, time, and tennis professional.

    At FS Tennis Club, we strive to maintain transparency with our pricing. However, additional charges may apply, including:

    • $20 Extra Player Fee

    • 5% Admin Fee: If you are registering for a seasonal program that is not the full length of the season, the price will be prorated, and a 5% administrative fee will be added to the prorated amount.

    • Pro Fee: If you add a tennis pro to a court rental for single sessions, an additional coach fee will apply.

  • Outdoor 2024

    There are no suspended dates for Summer 2025.

    Indoor 2024-2025

    There are several suspended dates for the Indoor 2024-2025 Season. The Indoor Season has approximately 4 weeks of suspended dates. These suspended dates correspond to the major holidays or school breaks.

    Suspended Dates 2024-2025:

    Thanksgiving: Monday 11/25/2024 - Sunday 12/1/2024

    Winter Break 1: Sunday 12/21/2024 - Friday 12/27/2024

    Winter Break 2: Sunday 12/28/2024 - Friday 1/3/2025

    Spring Break: Monday 4/14/2025 - Friday 4/20/2025

  • Please be aware that registration for mid-session commencement cannot be done prior to the start of the season. So, a client cannot request a seasonal from December to mid-May in September. Instead, we suggest reaching out about two weeks before your anticipated start date.

    The total cost will be pro-rated for the weeks of your participation.

    There will be a 10% administrative fee of the pro-rated total. This late registration policy applies to all programming at FSTC.

  • If you need to cancel your seasonal, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee, up to 2 weeks before the season starts. In the 2 weeks leading up to the start of the season, you will be eligible for a credit at FS Tennis Club for the monetary value that was paid minus a 10% administrative fee. The credit cannot be used toward camp-related purchases. Check the “Seasonal” tab for specific dates. Once the seasonal booking has commenced, you will not be eligible for refunds or credits. There are no exceptions.

    If you have to cancel a single session, you must notify the office at least 48 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a makeup class. While this will allow you to be eligible for a makeup class, please be aware that makeups are not guaranteed and are subject to court & pro availability. 

    Each seasonal is entitled to 3 makeups. This means you can cancel 3 times, and make up the session by the end of the season. Any additional cancellations are not eligible for makeups. Rain days are added in addition to the makeup dates. You will be notified if this happens. 

  • It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of and schedule their own makeups. We will only accommodate a makeup class if the original appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, and if the pro assigned to the appointment is available. 

    All makeups must be used in the same season that the seasonal is booked in. So, if you miss a session during the indoor season, you must make up that session within the current indoor season. Once the following season starts, those makeup sessions will not carry over. 

  • FS Tennis Club has two seasonal periods: the indoor season (late September – May), and the outdoor season (June – September). We have seasonals available during the two seasons throughout the year. Pricing and scheduling is different for indoor/outdoor sessions so you must register for each separately.

    Your seasonal is never guaranteed in the following season until you have registered and paid for the seasonal with the front desk and have received confirmation that the day, time, and court of your preference are available. 

  • When you book, we note your coach preference and make every effort to fulfill it based on the availability of our staff and facility schedule.

    When your pro is assigned, their availability might fluctuate at the beginning and end of the season due to their college schedule. If this occurs, we will find a replacement coach and notify you accordingly.
